5. What happens if students break the rules mid-ride?
6. Can I get the itinerary in writing before the night?

Choosing the Vehicle

Building the Night’s Itinerary

Send dispatch the plan and we’ll build the hours around it. A typical prom night:

Two decisions that change the price: whether the chauffeur waits through the dance (hourly, continuous) or returns at a set time (two separate bookings), and how many drop-off addresses at the end. One pickup point and two or three drop-offs is the efficient shape.

After-Prom

If the night continues after the dance, plan it with us in advance rather than leaving it to the students to improvise. The chauffeur follows the agreed itinerary only — which is a protection for everyone, and the reason we ask for the full plan at booking. Unscheduled destinations requested from inside the vehicle aren’t added.

No, under any circumstances. A chauffeur who finds alcohol ends the ride and contacts the parent who booked.

Are your chauffeurs screened?
Yes. We’re a licensed and insured company with professional, screened chauffeurs, and we’ll provide proof of insurance on request.

Will I know when they’re picked up and dropped off?
Yes. We can confirm pickup and drop-off directly to the booking parent.

Can students add stops during the night?
No. The chauffeur follows the itinerary agreed at booking. Changes come from the adult who booked.

How much does prom transportation cost per student?
