O’Hare has four domestic terminals plus a separate international arrivals area at Terminal 5, and where you meet your driver depends on which one you’re flying through.

For standard curbside pickup, your chauffeur waits in the designated pickup zone outside your terminal’s baggage claim level, and you’ll get a text once your flight lands letting you know exactly where to head. With meet-and-greet service, which is standard with most Level Up Limo bookings, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal near baggage claim holding a sign with your name, which takes the guesswork out of finding your ride, especially if you’re carrying bags or unfamiliar with the airport’s layout.

International arrivals need extra time to clear customs before reaching the public arrivals area, so we build that into the pickup timing automatically rather than having your driver wait around outside before you’ve even cleared the line.

Because O’Hare’s terminals are spread across a large area with separate roadways, switching terminals on foot isn’t realistic. Confirming your terminal and pickup style when you book is the easiest way to avoid any confusion on arrival day, whether you’re booking a standard pickup through our Chicago limo service or our full chauffeur service for the whole trip.
