Welcome to Level Up Limo. By booking a ride with us or using our website (https://leveluplimo.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, online and over the phone.


2. Booking Policy

Reservations

Reservations can be made online or by phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak travel periods or special events.

Required Information

All bookings require:

  • Full name

  • Pickup and drop-off locations

  • Contact number

  • Date and time of service

  • Flight information (for airport transfers)


3. Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and pre-approved corporate accounts. Payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Gratuity

Standard gratuity may be included in the final price for certain bookings. Additional tipping is at the discretion of the customer.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: 50% charge.

  • No-shows or cancellations at pickup time: Full charge applies.

5. Wait Time and Additional Charges

Airport Pickups

We offer 45 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight lands. After that, an hourly rate may apply in 15-minute increments.

Non-Airport Pickups

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, wait time is charged accordingly.

Extra Stops & Changes

Extra stops, route changes, or wait time not originally agreed upon will incur additional charges based on our hourly rates.


6. Passenger Conduct

We prioritize safety and respect for all clients and chauffeurs. The following are not permitted:

  • Smoking or vaping in any vehicle

  • Consumption of illegal substances

  • Violent, disrespectful, or abusive behavior

Level Up Limo reserves the right to refuse service without refund if conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.


7. Damage & Cleaning Fees

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests. Cleaning fees will be charged for excessive mess, including spills, bodily fluids, or smoking residue.


8. Vehicle Availability and Substitution

We make every effort to provide the exact vehicle requested. However, Level Up Limo reserves the right to substitute with a similar or upgraded vehicle if necessary due to scheduling or mechanical issues.


9. Liability Disclaimer

Level Up Limo is not liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events

  • Lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle

  • Missed flights or appointments due to uncontrollable factors

We recommend allowing plenty of travel time, especially for airport transfers.


10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete your booking.


11. Minors and Underage Passengers

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless prior arrangements and consent forms are signed. We do not provide child safety seats unless specifically requested in advance.


12. Alcohol Policy

Passengers must be 21+ to consume alcohol in the vehicle. Proof of age may be required. Open containers are only allowed in compliance with local laws and within the passenger area.


13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in our services due to acts of nature, government regulations, road closures, or any circumstance beyond our control.


14. Agreement
