1. General Terms
By booking a ride with Level Up Limo, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Our services are offered subject to the availability of vehicles, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Bookings and Reservations
All reservations must be made through our website or by phone at (866) 666-0112. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for optimal availability, though last-minute bookings may be accepted. A reservation is considered confirmed only when a deposit or payment is processed.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Modifications to bookings may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and PayPal. A service charge or gratuity may be added to the total fare, at our discretion.
5. Late Arrivals and Additional Charges
We strive to provide timely service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, accidents, or weather conditions. Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, extra stops, or unforeseen delays.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for treating our vehicles with care. Any damage caused by passengers will result in a repair fee. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Passengers must behave respectfully and follow any instructions given by the driver.
7. Limitation of Liability
Level Up Limo is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of items that may occur during the trip, except where required by law. We are not responsible for any missed flights, events, or other appointments due to delays.
8. Force Majeure
Level Up Limo is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
